Cancellation & Refund

1. General Policy
Happy My Travel aims to offer flexible and transparent cancellation and refund services. All bookings made through our platform are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.

2. Flight Booking Cancellation & Refund
Domestic & International Flights:

Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the airline’s policy.

A service fee may be charged by Happy My Travel in addition to airline cancellation charges.

Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting all applicable charges.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation from the airline.

For bookings made through credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same account.

3. Hotel Booking Cancellation & Refund
Each hotel has its own cancellation and refund policy.

Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

No refunds will be made for “No Show” or early check-out.

4. Holiday Package Cancellation
Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: 20% of total package cost retained.

Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost retained.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Refund will be processed after adjusting third-party supplier charges.

5. Credit-Based Bookings
In case of cancellation of credit-based bookings, the refund will be processed only after deduction of the amount paid to vendors/suppliers.

Customers must settle any pending balance (if applicable) before the refund is initiated.

6. Zero Convenience Fee Policy
Happy My Travel does not charge any convenience fee for domestic and international bookings.

However, cancellation or refund service charges may still apply.

7. Cancellation Request Procedure
To cancel a booking, you must:

Provide your booking ID, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.

Alternatively, customers can also log in to their account on our website and request a cancellation or refund directly.

8. Force Majeure Clause
Happy My Travel shall not be liable for any delay or refund in case of cancellation due to natural calamities, government restrictions, airline/hotel operational issues, or other force majeure events.

9. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on our website.
